Is my order secure?

The online ordering is 100% secure! All data exchanged during the payment process is SSL-secured.
Our system will automatically send the registration info to your E-Mail address once your order is validated.

How soon will I get the product after I place my order online?

Our software is available for immediate download. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately online and also a confirmation by E-Mail that will contain all of your order data including your invoice or receipt.

An order request will also be sent to our database by E-Mail . (This will take hours or more to process by SWREG). As soon as we received the order request, the ultimate confirmation will be sent to you via E-Mail containing the Registration Code for installation.

If you do not receive an order confirmation after you have submitted your order, please contact with our "Customer Service Center"

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard/Euro Card, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, and check cards or ATM cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

We also accept Bank/Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, Fax - Credit Card, Invoice, and Purchase Order. If you choose to pay by Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, Fax - Credit Card, Invoice or Purchase Order select the appropriate payment method on the payment page, and directions will be provided to you after you have fully submitted your order.

What can I do if I haven't got my unlock key after payment?

There are some reasons why this could happen. In most cases, it is caused by the reason that the registration email is held back as "SPAM" by your email provider.
Actually, you can to go to Wondershare Support Center to get download URL and keycode by yourself. Do as follows:

Visit Wondershare Support Center and fill in the text box with your email address for purchase or the order number. Then click the "OK" button.

Which currency do you accept?

We support many currencies, such as AUD, EUR and so on. You could select the currency you like in Shopping Basket page.

We also encourage our customers to explore the product webpage to obtain comprehensive product information before purchasing. We will offer unconditional refund if the refund reason is reasonable. Additionally, a refund request will be rejected if we can exchange your product to another one which can fix the issue. 

The followings are specifications of Wondershare refund policy: 

Full refund will be processed in the following cases:

1.    Purchase wrong product by mistake and then purchase the correct one from our company at once. We will refund the wrong purchase to you. 

2.    Buy the same product twice accidently in the same period and have no willing of exchanging any other product. We will refund one of them.  

3.    Unable to use the product caused by the serious problems in our product, if we are unable to suggest a solution in an acceptable period of time, we will perform refund. 

Note: In this case, the refund request is accepted only after we receive detailed information about your problem which are requested by our support staff, such as screenshots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your operation steps, sample files, etc.

Refund request will be declined in the following cases: 

1.   Change your mind immediately after buying the product for no particular reason, we won't perform refund if customer requires it. 

2.   Purchase wrong product which can't be supported by your computer operation system, although we have addressed the system requirements. Such as Mac user purchases Windows version software, we would like to exchange similar product for you. If we don't have similar product, we are sorry that the refund can't be performed.

3.   Has neither read the product introduction on our website nor evaluated the program fully before buying, just purchase it considering that the product can meet your need. Under this situation, we won't perform refund if your think the product can not meet your requirement.

What’s your upgrade policy?

Firstly, our upgrade policy only takes effect on our registered users. Once there is a bug fixed or some certain function is modified or optimized, an upgrade will be arranged and soon there will be a new version released. Commonly, the upgrade is minor upgrade, such as upgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 or 1.1.1 to 1.2.1. This minor upgrade is free for all our registered users. Also, sometimes the program may be modified a lot or some functions are added, then this kind of upgrade is called major upgrade. Its version number will be changed a lot too, such as from 1.1.1 to 2.x.x. Usually, major upgrade needs payment of a little amount of fee as upgrade charge. All the upgrade news will be also posted on our webpage in time for your information.

How many languages does this program support?

Until now we have founded cooperative relationship with many other companies in different counties of the world. In different region of the world, there will be a main language version in each different region. For now, the main languages our programs mainly support are English and Chinese. How do I know whether my program is the latest version?
